Questions & Suggestions

So i have few questions but i can't find tipic for it.
Suggestion 1.Under "Information" create subforum called "Questions & Sugestions"
Suggestion 2.If its no problem add button to change forum language from probably HUN to ENG

1. Who can decided "Yes we play CW with Fox, but no we can't play with Black " ?
2.Who can test new player ? Only CL&CO-CL or all who have time like me or Monster
3.Where i can see list of played CW ? If we no have it maybe is time for do it.
